Blog 424: Be patient with Anxiety

anxiety

We have all experienced anxiety in our lives, we have all had times when we are not able to be ourselves, we have all had times when we are scared of doing something, we have all had times when we have struggled to do something, we have all at some stage in our lives have suffered with anxiety. This can be as small as not wanting to ask for something in a shop to not wanting to go out. Having any type of anxiety can be hard for not only you but also the people around you too-it takes time and effort to be yourself and to keep on going even when you want to give up but we all have to learn to keep going and to talk about our mental health. It is a hard subject to talk about all around the world but we have to support each other and we have to keep on going even when it is hard.

Taking the first steps to help in this situation is to figure out that you have some sort of anxiety and not to be worried about it. It is something that everyone has to deal with in their lives and talking about it is really important. Taking the first step is easier said than do as it can take a lot of effort to even think about it. It can take a lot of effort to speak about how you are feeling and to reach out to other people. Being anxious is not something that is fun and it is important that we talk about our mental health and how we really feel about it. We need to have time to have people around us to talk to and we need to make time for other people to come to us and to talk about how we are feeling and what we have going on in our life. It will be hard but as long as long as you have the people around you to support you, you will be able to get through everything. You just need to support yourself and other people with what is going on.

Having anxiety is really hard and learning about it all is important. We need to be patient with how we are feeling, we need to patient with how other people are feeling, we need to be patient with talking to other people, we need to be patient with our mental health. It will be hard and it will be a long journey to think about our mental health, to recognise that we need to think about our mental health and we need to talk about our mental health. It will be hard to begin with, it will be hard to trust other people and to talk to them about our feelings but eventually you will learn to do this. The more you talk about your feelings the more it will help you to learn and develop about yourself and other people around.

Every time you think having anxiety is hard it is and it is not something to be ashamed of, it is not something that can be fixed within a day, it is not something that goes quickly but it will take time. Having anxiety takes patient and that it totally okay, it is okay to take time to recover from anxiety. Anxiety is something that will come and go with what is going on in our lives, some days it will be worse than others and other times we may not even notice that it is there. There will be times when our anxiety is so bad that we will not be able to go out. That is the time when we need to reach out to other people to be able to talk about how we are feeling. If you know someone who struggles with anxiety then please make sure that you reach out to them on a weekly basis and make sure that they are okay. Make sure that you reach out to them and they will be able to trust you more.

In all of this anxiety can be exhausting, it can take everything out of us. We may not be able to trust other people but we can always trust God. We are able to come to Him at any time of the day and night, we are able to reach out to Him, we are able to believe in Him, we are able to know that He is in control. There will be times when we are not able to cope with all the things that are going on but we will be able to come to Him. We need to trust Him with all our feelings and how we keep going day to day.
