Daniel Singarajah, my husband, my soulmate, my best friend. I am so grateful and blessed to have you as my husband and someone that I am able to live with for the rest of my life. I am so blessed that I am able to call you mine, that we are able to have a future together, that we are able to laugh together, that we are able to go out together and that today I can celebrate your birthday with you as my husband. My love, Daniel, you are my love, my husband, my prayer partner, my future baby daddy, my whole world, someone I can talk too, someone I can cry with, someone who I can make memories with, someone who I can go on adventures with and someone who I can rely on. There are some days we have our arguments, some days are harder than others, some days we get on with each other, some days we have our moments but everyday I am so thankful for everything and everyday that we are able to spend with each other. We are a typical married couple, we argue but we make up for it, we quarrel but we make up for it, we cry but we support each other, we talk but we always end up agreeing and I am so thankful and blessed for the last two years of being married to you. I really want you to know today that you are special, you are worth every moment of everyone’s life, you light up the room when you walk in, you make people laugh with you stupid comments, you are totally intelligent and I so glad because I don’t know the meaning to so many words!
Today is your 30th birthday and I want the whole day to be focused on you, I want you to know how much you are loved, I want you to know how much you mean to me, I want you to know how special you are, I want you to know that you are my support through everything, I want you to know that you make me smile through every situation, you make me laugh in the most serious situations, you tickle me but I end up winning, you keep me focused on God, you help me with my mental health, you work hard so we can have a better future, you give me the best hugs in the world, you lead me, you keep me grounded, you support me in everything that we do, you take trips to the hospital with me, you help me when I am having a bad day, you are the best gift that God ever gave to me and I am so thankful and blessed to be your wife.
Looking back over the years I am so thankful that you chose me to do life with, I am so thankful that you wanted to date me, I am so thankful that you asked me to be your wife, I am so thankful that you want to have children with me, I am so thankful that through everything we have been through you have supported and encouraged me, you have stuck by me when I have had mental health problems and be upset. You have been amazing through all the changes in our lives, you have been supportive of the family things that we have gone through, you have been encouraging through the times when I have felt nothing, you have made me smile when I am down, you have been such an amazing and special husband and today with you being 30 I am so glad that I can be here to celebrate with you!
I am so thankful to God for the life that He has given you, for being born to your parents, to living just around the corner, to meeting when we did, to being part of the same church, to moving into a flat when we did, to get married and to planning on having children together. My love happy 30th birthday and I look forward to seeing what the next 30 years hold-I wonder what God has in store for us and how He uses us to make the world a better place. I love you Daniel and I can’t wait to see what the day and weekend holds for you, I know that it is going to be full of surprises and lots of love.
